It's Back Oktober Fest in Heber/Overgaard
Oktoberfest 2010
Our annual Oktoberfest will be held at the "Bison Ranch" for the 2010 Season. Date are September 18th and 19th. There will also be a Beer Garden. Approximately 100 specialty arts & crafts booths, kid’s games, a variety of food booths and live entertainment will be available all day on both days! This is a great time to get some Christmas shopping done early with all of the wonderful arts and crafts available.
The festival will be open from 10am to 6pm on Saturday September 18th from 10AM to 6PM on Sunday the 19th 10am to 3pm . Bring a lawn chair to sit and
enjoy all of the entertainment. We are asking for a $5 parking donation to enter the festival. This money is used to pay
for the 4th of July fireworks display.
The cost for food vendor booths this year will be $175.00 The cost for the arts and craft booths will be $125.00. Booth sizes
are 10x12. Both have a late charge of $50.00 if not received by July 31st, 2010. Food vendors must supply their own generators (arrangements are being made to have a generator there but please call the chamber for instructions). Vendors must supply their own canopy and display items. Specific
booth location requests will be handled on a first application received basis.
RV parking is available onsite for vendors. There is no power or water
in the park for RV parking.
